Confirmed Service Customer
Avoid service department at all cost if you value your hard earned money. Brought vehicle in for transmission issue and transmission leak. Was told no issue with transmission and no leak found. They could have cared less about the reasons I brought the vehicle in and just wanted to sell me potential services that had no guarantee of solving the problem. One service their “lead mechanic” suggested was a 4x4 service on a 2 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE! After finding and doing absolutely nothing to my vehicle they charged me $392 for diagnostic fees (after finding nothing according to top mechanic cleetus). Talked to service advisor Shelly who was pretty rude when I questioned the charges and manager who cried about how expensive things are and I would just have to pay. All I can do is warn others and never purchase another Bergstrom vehicle. You lost a customer for life.
