Confirmed Service Customer
I walked into the dealer to schedule an appointment for an oil change with tire rotation, and was handed a card and told I had to call to schedule it. Not what I would call "good customer service". After the appointment, they did not go over any of the paperwork with me to inform me about anything else that may need attention, i.e. brakes, tires, wipers, air filter, etc.
