Confirmed Service Customer
Your tech in the service department told me the parts for my vehicle would be in in 4 plus days. After no contact on day 4 I called the customer service number and no one could tell me when or if Chevy could get the job done. Terrible customer service. I came to pick the car up asap. I feel I was also over charged for labor to diagnose the problem. We actually got the Chevy parts needed for the repairs and another local mechanic serviced our truck. I have worked with this dealer before and been impressed. Not this time! I feel I am due a refund!!!!! Please call to discuss and resolve. Thank you, Sean Kelly 262 498 9492
