My check engine light was on. I came in and found out that there was a problem with my gas cap and the venting. They had to order me the part and said it would be there 2 days later. I was to stop in at anytime and they would replace it and get me on my way. I came back 2 days later only to find out that the part had not arrived yet. Steve called one of the other stores and was able to locate the part for me. He asked if I had any errands to run, which I did. I was to do my errands and come back in an hour. When I came back the entire team was very busy. Steve took my car and replaced the part for me and cleared the check engine light for me. Kudos to Steve. I have had many interactions with him over the years at both the dodge and the Chevrolet locations. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I have great customer service!!!
