I walked into the dealer to schedule an appointment for an oil change with tire rotation, and was handed a card and told I had to call to schedule it. Not what I would call "good customer service". After the appointment, they did not go over any of the paperwork with me to inform me about anything else that may need attention, i.e. brakes, tires, wipers, air filter, etc.

Felt very welcome, actually, like a VIP from the moment I arrived till when I left. Everyone used my name when they spoke to me. They did everything right-loved that they washed my car, too! Devin, Jacob, Dan, Larry-even the sweet receptionist; everyone was very welcoming. Thank you so much for keeping my car, Clifford, so well taken care of. As always, this was a great experience. Will see you again, probably for the next oil change!

I brought my truck in because a small plastic piece on the bumper was off. I made my appointment five days earlier and when I pulled in I was 3 miles over the 36,000 limit. They said they cannot do it and needed approval, and that someone will call me in 24 hours. I called back seven days later, and when I brought it in, a maintenance manager was telling me how I felt, and what I wanted. They looked at it, the maintenance manager, open the door, looked at me, and said here. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life. Then he proceeded to tell me what I felt and thought . Never going back.

Me & my husband came there to have them check out our vehicle for transmission issues, and unfortunately that’s what it was so we decided to buy a new 2024 gmc terrain, and yes we were unfortunately there all day because they were super busy with other people but they went above & beyond and took really good care of us! Even reimbursed me us buying lunch while waiting there. We worked with Pete (manager) and Brad Butkiewicz was the one who sold us the new car! He was really nice, and we will definitely be back for another vehicle in the future and any problems that need taken care ofon our vehicles
