I arrived at the service department about 90 minutes before closing on a Friday afternoon and was promptly greeted by one of the service staff. He was able to answer a couple of questions I had about the service I wanted done (simple oil change and tire rotation). He mentioned that there were two cars ahead of me and only one service technician working so there would be a bit of a wait. There was, but he was very up front about it. The work was done on time and well.
