I came here on 07/15 to get my tires changed and to get a fuel injection cleaner done. I was told the service would take 2 hours. My appointment was at 9 so I expected to get out of here around 11. As I was waiting, Dan M. Came and told me they were having issues with their balancer so I asked how long it would take. He said my car should be done still within 30 minutes so I said okay. When 11:30 came around, I asked Dan where my car was and he said it was still be worked on so I told him I have to make sure I leave at 12 because I have work at 12:45 and he said if needed, he would get me a rental for the day so I agreed. Time continued to pass and then 12 came around. I checked in with Dan again and he said they are still not finished with my car and at this point, I was upset. I told him that I had to get going and he said it wouldn���t be too much longer. 10 minutes later they bring out my car but before I could go pay and pick it up, Dan said they have to go clean the tires which I didn���t understand why it wasn���t done when they had it initially. So I had to wait another 5 minutes before they brought my car back out. Finally, it���s 12:15 and I am finally leaving the dealership. Due to the lack of customer service by Dan and not providing me a rental, I was late for work. I would appreciate if Dan would actually follow up and follow through with his statements rather than prolong the process to make it seem like everything was being done on time. In addition, I have had to come back a 2nd time on 07/17 to get additional work done that they couldn���t finish the first time. If he would have gave me a rental as he stated, I could have saved myself a 2nd trip.
I had an appointment at 10 am for an oil change and had to wait until noon for my car to be done. They did find a nail in a tire when they were adding nitrogen to the tires which they fixed so that may account for the extra time
