Service representative was very help full and did all he could to resolve my issue. he even got me a lease vehicle. However I am not happy with GM as it took over 2 months to get my parts and could not drive my car.
Had oil change done. Elected to have the Mobile 1 oil change. When I got home looked at oil filter and it was an FVP oil filter, which is a generic oil filter from Menards. I was quoted $7.50 per quart and when I was billed it was about 93.00. 8 quarts at 7.50 is 60 dollars. I was billed for an AC Delco oil filter and an FVP oil filter was used. Not even sure they put Mobile 1 oil in now...
I think Bergstroms has changed in the past years. You use to be a dealership that cared about people's wants and needs. Now I see it's all about the money. And when you go in for a oil change, the mechanics are looking for something wrong on your car. You diagnostic Is 70.00 dollars...thats all I hear when I have went in for oil changes that the tenants are telling other customers. And also the tenants are very unprofessional and if you ask a question they don't want to answer it or don't know the answer. Then I had a tenant that said , well we could do a diagnostic for 70.00. Excuse me but if I have a question I would like a answer and not a blank face looking at me or hear , well we can check it for 70.00. So, no going forward I will not be back or recommend!!!! Your Oshkosh stores need to be investigated by Jon Bergstom himself. Maybe New management in near future with Sabaru and Koeller st. In Oshkosh
My first trip in to the service department was for an oil change and tire rotation... i requested full synthetic oil but the ticket did not state which oil went into my vehicle so they decided to dump the oil and redo the oil change to get it correct. My most recent trip was for an oil change and tire rotation... everything went great I thought. Two days after getting the services my tire monitoring system light came on to say that there was something wrong and it needs to be serviced. I did not drive much the day of or after my oil change and tire rotation so I’m sure whatever the problem is came from the guys rotating my tires. I have not had time to get back to the service center yet and it is worrying me that I will be stuck with a bill to fix whatever was damaged or connected improperly.
