I brought my truck in because a small plastic piece on the bumper was off. I made my appointment five days earlier and when I pulled in I was 3 miles over the 36,000 limit. They said they cannot do it and needed approval, and that someone will call me in 24 hours. I called back seven days later, and when I brought it in, a maintenance manager was telling me how I felt, and what I wanted. They looked at it, the maintenance manager, open the door, looked at me, and said here. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life. Then he proceeded to tell me what I felt and thought . Never going back.
