Confirmed Service Customer
My car was accidentally damaged while getting service. Accidents happen. I was not given an equivalent car. The SUV was half the size of my own SUV. When I called to inquire about getting a bigger SUV until mine was fixed, and or find out when mine would be fixed the girl on the phone was quite rude telling me she had no idea when my vehicle would be fixed. Eventually, she told me she would look into it and call me back or have a manager. Call me back. Neither manager or the girl called me back. Instead, I received a text message the next day that my vehicle was done. I expect more out of your customer service.
