Got a new car was told I got a free oil change did not get a free oil change. No one told me it had an expiration date. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Just in for an oil change. The wait was less than an hour. The staff was friendly and they make you feel welcome.

I was extremely disappointed that my tire pressures were flagged as low. But nothing was done about it. I guess I thought wrong about what is included in an oil change and inspection. It was actually worse as all my tires had lower air pressure when I left.

My seat was completely laid down, no car wash. Car sat there done for 20 minutes done. I had to ask why I wasn���t told. Rude.

This is my second time driving an hour away to have my vehicle serviced by Bergstrom. Other dealerships closer to me have lost that ���customer service relationship��� with the customers. Bergstrom���s has that attention to detail approach that I have no problem paying for. Jacob has been a breath of fresh air, and a trusted Bergstrom employee. Looking forward to my third visit. I really enjoyed receiving the text messages and video updates on my Silverado.
