I was extremely disappointed that my tire pressures were flagged as low. But nothing was done about it. I guess I thought wrong about what is included in an oil change and inspection. It was actually worse as all my tires had lower air pressure when I left.

This is my second time driving an hour away to have my vehicle serviced by Bergstrom. Other dealerships closer to me have lost that ���customer service relationship��� with the customers. Bergstrom���s has that attention to detail approach that I have no problem paying for. Jacob has been a breath of fresh air, and a trusted Bergstrom employee. Looking forward to my third visit. I really enjoyed receiving the text messages and video updates on my Silverado.
